Some network administrators choose to disable MS Paint on the computers connected to their server. However, it is likely that you have everything you need to doodle or create your own wallpaper with your computer.
1.) Open Microsoft PowerPoint.
2.) Create a blank slide. In some versions this occurs automatically.
3.) Display the drawing toolbar. To do this, right-click any blank space in an existing toolbar and click “Drawing”.
4.) Use the tools on the Drawing Toolbar to create an image. Click the pen icon to change the line color, then click Auto Shapes > Line > Scribble.
5.) Draw your image on the slide. Most of the controls work in a similar manner to those in Paint.
6.) When you’re finished, click File>Save As… In the “Save as type:” menu, choose “JPEG File Interchange Format”. Click “Save”.
7.) A box may appear asking you how many slides you want to export. Click “Current Slide Only”.
Your image is now a JPEG! Do with it what you wish.
