As we all know Mac OS Tiger theme is a bit different from Windows XP theme, Because it contains a redesigned start menu, taskbar and also totally revamped Shellstyle in Mac OS Tiger Explorer.
A deviantART user kol has created a Mac OS Tiger Windows Blinds Theme for Windows XP users, the theme look-a-like as Mac OS Tiger interface. I can say that he has created best themes based on Mac OS Tiger for Windows XP.
